Burwood Investment Prospectus Launch

At the launch of Burwood Council’s, Investment & Visitation Prospectus last week with Business Sydney, John Faker, Mayor of Burwood, Mike Rodrigues, NSW 24-Hour Economy Commissioner, Alexi Boyd of Small Business Matters and our director Andrew took part in a panel about the power of the experience economy in attracting capital, entrepreneurialism and investment into global precincts.

Sydney’s thriving Burwood town centre is an exemplary precinct, benefiting from both private and public capital investment into major hospitality projects, the nighttime economy, strategic growth corridors, transport and of course precinct development and place experience.

Facilitated by Paul Nicolaou, of Business Sydney, the event was held in the brand-new Crowne Plaza hotel. At the event, NSW Minister for Jobs and Tourism the Hon. Stephen Kamper formally launched the Prospectus.

The new Prospectus lays out how Burwood Council is bringing statewide priorities to life at the local level, supporting cultural vibrancy in a thriving multicultural dining and nightlife scene, and establishing clear pathways for future investment.

Recently recognised among the world’s coolest neighbourhoods, Burwood is looking ahead, shaping a vibrant and inclusive future through purpose, passion, and partnership.

We are proud to be working with the Burwood Council on the development of their Special Entertainment Precinct in partnership with Studio GL and JR and Co.
